Samples and Ordering

We are happy to provide samples of day invitations and will send one of each unless you have already made your mind up about the design.  The cost of each sample is £4.95, which includes postage and is refundable when you place your order.

Ordering
If you wish to place an order for your Wedding stationery please complete the order form that will be sent with your sample. 
If you wish to match ribbon to your colours we shall require a colour swatch ( please note that as the ribbon is hand dyed we cannot guarantee an exact colour match). A proof will be made and sent to you for signing off.  This may take up to 4 weeks. 
We will not take any order forward until we have a signed proof returned from yourself and at this time we shall require 50% deposit.

We have no minimum order for quantity of any item – you can have as many or as few as you require. We do advise early ordering as lead times can vary depending on workload.
 
We also prefer to have all orders sent by surface mail from South Africa but of course if necessary we shall use airmail. 
We also advise you to order all your stationery together with a few extras to allow for extra guests and errors if you are writing the invitations yourself.

If you have a requirement for an express order we will always do our best to comply but cannot guarantee that this service will be available.  There will be a surcharge for express orders.

Once we have taken delivery of your order, you will be advised and as soon as we have received the balance of payment from you the goods will be dispatched.  We use a courier and a signature will be required for receipt at all times.  Please remember therefore to put a relevant delivery address on the order where we can guarantee a signature.  All items will leave here in perfect condition and securely packaged and we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of any items once they have been dispatched.

We charge £8 for delivery to UK mainland.  If the order is over £500 then delivery is free.
